RaivoBull Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and 2Agree Studios Oy (business ID 3645767-8, Katinpolku 8, Pori, Finland) about playing RaivoBull. "We" and "us" mean 2Agree Studios Oy. "You" means the player.
When you install, open or play RaivoBull, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
The short version
- RaivoBull is free to play. You can buy gems with real money through the App Store or Google Play.
- Gems and everything else in the game are yours to use in RaivoBull, but they are not money and you cannot sell them.
- Play fair. No cheating, no exploits, no harassment, no offensive names.
- If you break the rules, we can warn you, reset your name, restrict your account or ban it. We tell you why, and you can appeal.
- Report players and illegal content to us. A person reviews reports and appeals.
- You can delete your account whenever you want.
1. Who can play
If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian to accept these terms and to make purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for the purchases their children make.
2. Your account
- The game creates a guest account for you the first time you open it.
- Link a sign-in method to keep your account safe. On iPhone and iPad, that is Sign in with Apple. On Android, the game offers no sign-in method yet. If you delete the game or lose your device before you link a sign-in method, you can lose access to a guest account, and we may not be able to restore it.
- Keep your device and your sign-in details secure. Tell us at jalo@2agreestudios.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your account is personal. Do not sell, buy, trade or share accounts.
3. Player names and what other players see
Other players see your player name and tag, level, medals, wins and matches played, profile icon, role, hero, skins and emotes, when you last played, your village (any player can preview it from your profile) and your leaderboard position. Friends also see when you are online or in a match, and can watch that match.
Your player name must not:
- insult, threaten or harass anyone, or attack people for who they are
- contain sexual content, slurs, or references to drugs or violence
- pretend to be another person, another player or a 2Agree employee
- contain personal information such as a phone number or an address
- advertise anything, or infringe someone else's rights
The game filters names when you choose them. We can reject, change or reset a name that breaks these rules.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and share your player name, your village and anything else you create in the game, for as long as we need it to run and show the game.
4. Rules of play
When you play RaivoBull, do not:
- cheat, or use hacks, modified game clients, bots, macros or other automation
- use bugs or exploits for an advantage, or share them with others (report them to us instead)
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the game or its network traffic, except where the law allows it
- attack or disrupt our servers, matches or other players' connections
- leave matches on purpose, stay idle, or lose on purpose
- arrange match results with other players, or play on someone else's account to raise their rank
- harass, threaten or abuse other players through names, friend requests, gifts, emotes or villages
- sell, buy or trade accounts, currencies or items for real money or anything outside the game
- use RaivoBull for anything illegal
- get around a restriction or a ban, including by creating a new account
5. Reports, moderation and enforcement
Reporting a player or content. Report a player from their profile in the game, or email jalo@2agreestudios.com with the player's name and tag, what happened and when.
Reporting illegal content. If you believe something in RaivoBull is illegal, email jalo@2agreestudios.com. Include where the content appears (for example a player name or a village), why you believe it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe the information in your notice is accurate and complete. For a notice about child sexual abuse material, you do not need to give your name or email address. We confirm that we received your notice and tell you what we decided.
What we do. We review reports. We use automated tools such as the name filter and our server's checks on match results and rewards, and people at 2Agree review reports and appeals. Depending on how serious and how frequent a breach is, we may:
- warn you
- reject, change or reset your player name or remove other content
- restrict features, such as matchmaking or gifts
- suspend your account for a period of time
- close your account permanently
- remove progress, currencies or items gained through cheating, exploits or refunded purchases
Reasons and appeals. When we restrict your account or your content, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents it. If you disagree, email jalo@2agreestudios.com within six months and tell us why. A person reviews your appeal and tells you the result. You can also take the matter to court.
6. Virtual currencies and items
RaivoBull has virtual currencies, such as gems and wool, and virtual items, such as heroes, skins, emotes, sheep, boxes, village decorations and season pass rewards. In these terms we call them all "virtual items".
- We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use virtual items in RaivoBull. You do not own them.
- Virtual items have no monetary value. You cannot exchange them for real money, move them to another account or sell them.
- You can buy gems with real money. You can spend gems on other virtual items. The store shows the real-money price before you buy.
- You earn boxes by playing. A box gives a random reward. Nobody can buy a box with real money or with gems.
- The season pass has a free track and a premium track. You can buy the premium track for the current season. New heroes arrive with a season: premium track holders unlock them during that season, and every player gets them when the season ends.
- We may change, rebalance, rename or remove virtual items, and change their prices in gems or wool, to keep the game fair and working. We do not take away gems you bought, except when the store refunds the purchase, when we enforce these terms under section 5, or when the game shuts down under section 8. This does not limit your rights under consumer law for items you paid for.
- If you lose access to your account through your own actions, for example by deleting the game before you link a sign-in method, we do not have to restore your virtual items. If you lose items because of an error on our side, contact jalo@2agreestudios.com.
- Your licence to virtual items ends when your account ends or when we stop running the game.
7. Purchases
- You make real-money purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store sells the purchase to you, takes the payment and handles refunds under its own terms.
- The store shows the price, including any VAT, before you confirm a purchase.
- We deliver what you buy to your account right after the store confirms your payment.
- Cancelling a purchase. The store's terms explain when you can cancel a purchase. We do not limit any right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase that you have under the store's terms or under consumer law.
- To ask for a refund, use Apple's or Google's refund process. We cannot refund store payments ourselves. If a store refunds a purchase, we may remove the items you bought or the matching amount of currency.
- If a purchase does not reach your account, email jalo@2agreestudios.com with the order ID from your receipt.
- Parents can require approval for purchases with Apple's Screen Time or Google Play's parental controls.
8. Changes to the game and availability
- RaivoBull is a live game. We add, change and remove features, heroes, maps, modes and other content.
- Online play needs an internet connection. We work to keep the game online, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We take the game offline for maintenance when we need to.
- You may need to install the latest version to play online.
- Some matches include computer-controlled players that look like other players.
- We may stop running RaivoBull. If we do, we will announce it at least 60 days before the servers close, and we will stop selling gems on the day we announce it.
9. Our intellectual property
RaivoBull and its name, characters, art, music, sounds, software and other content belong to 2Agree Studios Oy or to our licensors.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install RaivoBull on devices you own or control and to play it for your own non-commercial use under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
Videos and streams. You may record, stream and publish videos and screenshots of RaivoBull gameplay, including in monetised videos on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch and TikTok. Do not suggest that we endorse you, do not use our logos as your own brand, and do not publish unreleased content. We may withdraw this permission for specific content that breaks these terms.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without paying you or crediting you.
10. Services from other companies
RaivoBull uses services from Apple, Google, Unity and Photon. Apple's and Google's own terms apply when you use their stores and sign-in services.
11. Ending this agreement
- You can stop playing at any time and delete your account. See Delete your RaivoBull account.
- We may delete an account that nobody has opened for 3 years.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly, if the law requires it, or if we must do so to protect other players or the game. Section 5 explains how we tell you and how you can appeal.
- Sections 6, 9, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after this agreement ends.
12. Liability
- We provide RaivoBull as it is and as available, to the extent the law allows. This does not limit your statutory rights, including your rights when digital content does not match what we promised.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, unless we caused them intentionally or through gross negligence.
- For other losses, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for RaivoBull purchases in the 12 months before your claim, or 100 euros.
- These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, intent or gross negligence.
13. Additional terms for the Apple App Store
If you downloaded RaivoBull from the Apple App Store, these additional terms apply.
- These terms are between you and 2Agree Studios Oy. Apple is not a party to them. We, not Apple, are responsible for RaivoBull and its content. If these terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
- Your licence to use RaivoBull is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control, as the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions allow.
- We are responsible for maintenance and support of RaivoBull. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- If RaivoBull fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for RaivoBull. We are responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty, to the extent the law and these terms make us responsible.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims from you or a third party about RaivoBull or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that RaivoBull fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that RaivoBull or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that the United States Government has designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Send questions, complaints and claims about RaivoBull to us, using the contact details in section 16.
- When you use RaivoBull, you must follow the terms of any third-party agreement that applies, such as your mobile data agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Governing law and disputes
- Finnish law governs these terms, except for its rules on conflict of laws. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
- Contact us first at jalo@2agreestudios.com, and we try to solve the problem with you.
- If we cannot solve a dispute together and you are a consumer in Finland, you can contact the consumer advisory service of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (Kuluttajaneuvonta) and then take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi/en). The Board's service is free. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.
- As a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live. Otherwise, the Satakunta District Court handles disputes.
15. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the game, our business or the law changes, and we show the date of the latest version at the top. We announce significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect, unless we must make a change sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not accept the new terms, stop playing and delete your account. If you keep playing after the new terms take effect, you accept them.
