Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains how 2Agree Studios Oy handles personal data when you play RaivoBull on iPhone, iPad or Android, and when you contact us about the game. "We" and "us" mean 2Agree Studios Oy. "You" means the player.

2Agree Studios Oy is the controller of your personal data.

- Address: Katinpolku 8, Pori, Finland
- Privacy questions: jalo@2agreestudios.com
2. The short version

- We use your data to run your account, save your progress, and let you play matches with other players and friends.
- Gameplay analytics stay off until you switch them on. You can switch them off again in the game's settings.
- We show no ads. We sell no personal data. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- You can delete your account in the game or by emailing us. See Delete your RaivoBull account.
- To play, you need a player name. The game creates your player ID and saves your progress, and online play needs your IP address. Sign in with Apple and gameplay analytics are optional.
3. What we collect and why
3.1 Your account
What we collect
- A player ID that the game creates for you on first launch.
- Sign-in tokens that keep you signed in on your device.
- The player name you choose (up to 12 characters) and the number tag that makes it unique. Your name and tag together form your friend code.
- Your settings that follow your account, such as your analytics choice.
- If you link Sign in with Apple: an identifier from Apple that is unique to you and to our developer account, and the tokens Apple issues for that link. We do not ask Apple for your name or email address.
Why: to create your account, keep your player name unique, and bring your progress back when you sign in on a new device.
Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, which is the Terms of Service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
3.2 Your progress and items
What we collect
- Medals and sheep, heroes, abilities and loadouts, skins and emotes.
- Wool, gems and other in-game currencies, boxes and their contents, season pass progress and Sheep Road rewards.
- Your village: its layout, decorations, unlocked areas and tools.
- Gifts and mail, daily rewards and reward timers.
Why: to save your progress, give you what you earn, and let our server check that rewards are genuine before it grants them.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b)). For reward checks, our legitimate interest in a fair game and in preventing fraud (Article 6(1)(f)).
3.3 In-app purchases
Apple or Google processes every payment. We never receive your card or bank details.
What we receive: the purchase details we need to deliver and verify the item: the product, the transaction or order ID, the purchase date and the store country.
Why: to deliver what you bought, restore purchases, prevent purchase fraud and keep bookkeeping records.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Article 6(1)(f)); our legal obligation to keep accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)).
3.4 Matches and matchmaking
What we collect: for each match, the match ID, the mode, whether your team won, your role, the sheep your team penned, your opponents' medal count and the rewards; when you host a match, your player ID as the host and the random seed our server gives you; your lifetime totals of matches, wins, eliminations and deaths; your hidden matchmaking rating, your medal count and the party you queue with.
Why: to build fair matches, run them, pay out rewards, rank players and detect cheating. Our server checks each match report before it grants rewards.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in fair play (Article 6(1)(f)).
3.5 Friends and other players
What we collect: your friends list and friend requests, the parties and rooms you join, gifts you send and receive, villages you visit, visits to your village, your leaderboard entries, and the public profile card that other players can open (see below).
What other players see: your player name and tag, level, medals, wins and matches played, profile icon, role, hero, skins and emotes, when you last played, your village (any player can preview it from your profile) and your leaderboard position. Friends also see when you are online or in a match, and can watch that match.
Why: to run the social features you choose to use.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
3.6 Online play and network data
When you play online, your device connects to multiplayer servers that Photon runs for us in its EU region. Photon processes your IP address and connection data to connect you to matches. In an online match, one player's device hosts the match and the other players' devices connect to it. Those devices can exchange network traffic directly, so other players' devices can learn your IP address.
Our other service providers also receive your IP address when the game talks to them. Unity uses it to estimate your country for analytics.
Why: online play needs it, and we use it to protect the game against abuse.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
3.7 Gameplay analytics (only when you switch them on)
On the screen where you choose your player name, the game asks whether you want to share gameplay data. The switch stays off until you turn it on. You can change it at any time in SETTINGS, under Account.
What we collect when it is on: Unity Analytics records how you use the game:
- when you start the game and how many days have passed since you installed it
- which first-time steps and tutorial parts you complete, and whether you link Sign in with Apple
- which heroes you pick and when you enter a village
- how long you wait in the match queue
- match statistics (see 3.4)
- shop visits, purchase attempts and their results
- performance data: frame rate, memory use and the device's temperature state
- error messages from the game, with player names removed where the game recognises them
Unity Analytics also collects device and session information: an installation ID, the device identifier that Apple or Google gives to our apps on your device, device model, hardware details (processor, graphics chip, memory, screen size and resolution), battery level, volume level, operating system version, game version, language, approximate location (country or region) and session times. When in-app purchases are on, it also records your purchases. Unity links this data to your player ID.
Why: to find where the game breaks, runs slowly or loses players, and to balance heroes, maps and matches.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Switching analytics off stops future collection. It does not undo processing that took place before. To delete analytics data we already hold, email us (see section 9).
3.8 Crash and device diagnostics
The Unity engine sends Unity information about crashes and errors in the game, together with hardware statistics such as the device model, operating system, graphics chip and memory size.
Why: to find and fix crashes and device compatibility problems.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, stable game (Article 6(1)(f)).
3.9 Support requests
What we collect: your email address, what you write to us, and the details the game's SUPPORT screen adds when you write from it: a short code made from your device's identifier (shown in the game as Player ID), the game version, the platform, and your device model and operating system.
Why: to answer you and fix your problem.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f)), or performance of our contract when your request concerns your account or a purchase (Article 6(1)(b)).
3.10 Moderation and safety
What we collect: player names we reset, reports that players make and the reasons given, and our decisions (warnings, restrictions and bans) with the reasons for them.
Why: to keep names and behaviour within the Terms of Service, to handle reports, and to stop banned players from returning.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe game (Article 6(1)(f)); our legal obligations for handling notices about illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
4. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with the following recipients.
- Unity Technologies SF hosts accounts, saves, server logic, friends, parties, leaderboards and analytics for us (Unity Gaming Services) and receives engine diagnostics. Unity processes this data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum, and Unity's own service providers store it in data centres in several countries. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- Exit Games Inc. (United States), the company behind Photon, runs our multiplayer networking on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Its representative in the EU is Exit Games GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. See Photon's Privacy Policy.
- Google, through Google Workspace, hosts our email, including your messages to us, on our behalf.
- Apple and Google handle downloads, payments, refunds and, when you use it, Sign in with Apple under their own privacy policies. They act as independent controllers. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Other players see the information listed in section 3.5 and can learn your IP address as described in section 3.6.
- Authorities and professional advisers receive data when the law requires it, or when we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- A buyer or successor receives data if we sell, merge or transfer the business or the game. The new owner must follow this policy.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Unity, Photon and Google process data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. The European Commission has not decided that all of those countries protect personal data adequately. For Unity and Photon we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms. For Google we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at jalo@2agreestudios.com.
6. How long we keep data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Account, progress, items, friends, village, leaderboard entries | As long as your account exists. We delete them when you delete your account. We may delete an account that nobody has opened for 3 years. |
| Gameplay analytics | Up to 13 months. We delete analytics data linked to your player ID when you delete your account. |
| Purchase records | As long as the Finnish Accounting Act requires us to keep accounting material: up to 6 years from the end of the year in which the purchase's financial year ended. |
| Support emails | 2 years after we close your request. |
| Reports and moderation decisions | Up to 12 months after the restriction ends, and longer while an appeal or legal claim is open. |
| Copies in service providers' backups | Until the provider's rolling backups are overwritten. If a restore from a backup brings back a deleted account, we delete it again. |
7. Children
We designed RaivoBull for players aged 12 and over. The law of your country sets the age at which you can consent to analytics on your own: 13 in Finland, and between 13 and 16 in other EU countries. Below that age, a parent or guardian must give that consent for you, so ask them before you switch on gameplay analytics.
If we learn that we received analytics data from a child below that age without a parent's or guardian's consent, we delete it. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child's account at jalo@2agreestudios.com.
8. Security
The game talks to Unity over encrypted connections. We limit access to player data to the people who need it for their work, and our server checks rewards before it grants them. We report personal data breaches to the Data Protection Ombudsman as the GDPR requires, and if a breach is likely to put your rights and freedoms at high risk, we tell you without undue delay.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy
- correct inaccurate data (you can change your player name yourself in SETTINGS → Player name → Change)
- delete your data (see Delete your RaivoBull account)
- restrict processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format (data portability)
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, in the game's settings
Your right to object. You can object at any time to processing that we base on our legitimate interests (see section 3). We then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or we need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To use a right, email jalo@2agreestudios.com and include your player name and number tag. We may ask for more information to confirm that the account belongs to you. We answer within one month of receiving your request.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Finland, that authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto), tietosuoja.fi/en. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
10. Automated decisions
Matchmaking, ratings, the name filter and our server's reward checks run automatically. None of them produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you. If an automated check leads us to restrict your account, you can ask a person to review the decision at jalo@2agreestudios.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the game or the law changes, and we show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change affects how we use your data in a significant way, we announce it before the change takes effect.
